After the epidemic situation improves, on the basis of implementing various normalized epidemic prevention and control measures and in accordance with the overall arrangement of the city's epidemic prevention and control work, the city will gradually open to the outside world in an orderly manner.
2. Strictly control various cultural and tourism activities.
Strictly strengthen the management of various cultural tourism activities, adhere to the principle of "who hosts, who is responsible, who organizes, who is responsible, who approves, who is responsible", and strictly controls various cultural tourism conferences, theatrical performances, Large-scale training, annual meetings, group gatherings and other gathering activities. In principle, all offline tourism activities will be canceled or postponed.
3. Strictly implement epidemic prevention and control measures.
The city's star-rated hotels and B&Bs strictly implement epidemic prevention and control requirements such as QR code registration, temperature measurement, wearing masks, and "one meter of rice noodle", and strengthen the frequency of disinfection of public areas. Guest room supplies must be "disinfected for each guest", and the health code and itinerary code of the guests must be strictly checked. People outside the city should check the negative nucleic acid test certificate within 48 hours. If it cannot be issued, they should be urged to undergo nucleic acid testing. Therefore, all units in the city's cultural tourism industry must strictly monitor personnel health and nucleic acid sampling, speed up COVID-19 vaccination, implement the "daily reporting" and "zero reporting" systems, and strictly implement daily cleaning, ventilation, disinfection and other measures.
