Taoist Neidan has two great achievements: the first step is self-cultivation, and the sign of its success is the warm wind in Dantian, the kidney is like soup and medicine, and the qi flows with the pulse. The second step is to establish a foundation, the symbol of which is that Tong Qi is the governor. Since then, we have entered the acquired state and returned to the innate state, and all promising methods have disappeared. There are many promising methods circulating in the society, such as civil and military fire refining and collecting large and small drugs, which are all specious.
To cultivate Inner alchemy, we must first start with a promising method and understand the wonderful principle of Yin and Yang in Heaven. The day after tomorrow is promising, but the nature is inaction. The day after tomorrow belongs to yang, which is dynamic, with yin in the yang and quietness in the yang. Congenital yin is static, and yin has yang and movement. After nature is born, that is, Yang becomes Yin. The yin in the acquired yang is transformed into the yang in the innate yin, that is, the so-called "Tao generates qi from nothingness", "out of nothing" and "moving without moving". When the practice of Inner alchemy returns to the innate state, all promising methods and ways of thinking no longer exist, and the practitioner can really enter the door of Inner alchemy.
Nowadays, the method of refining essence by civil and military fire circulating in society, which collects large and small medicines and passes through three levels, is a very promising method. When the yogi returns to the innate state, his innate vitality appears, and he refines qi with the method of doing something, he will not be in the sky. In the foundation stage, qi is the governor, and the qi at this time is called ying Wei qi and mixed yuan qi. After all the two meridians of Ren Du are connected, the state of meditation will be cultivated, which is what Laozi said, "achieving emptiness and tranquility". When the pole is still moving, the sun is born, that is, the arrival of the innate ancestral spirit in the Yuan Dynasty. At this time, the entrance is opened, and the method adopted requires forgetting all other thoughts, waiting for nothing, returning to the light of true meaning in a trance, and being full of true qi. First, when the weather is sufficient, lead the innate qi to walk in the second pulse of Ren Du, which is opened by mixed vitality. Once the innate qi can take the pulse, it begins the process of returning to the innate nature the day after tomorrow, thus officially entering the internal Dan stage.

Sit quietly, relax and be natural. Lips and teeth are lightly closed and breathing is slow.
Hold your hands firmly, keep your eyes straight, and gather the light of God into the heavenly heart.
Enter the mud pill and go down to the air bag. If it is continuous, it is not often used.
The abdomen is warm and the kidney is like soup. Qi pulsates, refining one's own work.
The method of self-cultivation: when the body and mind are adjusted to the requirements, slowly close your eyes from a distance to the heavenly heart (between the eyebrows) and gently close your eyes. The gathering of light in the heavenly heart is also called the return of light, and the sacred light is recycled to the heavenly heart. Then this divine light is introduced into the mud pill palace in the brain, and then the light is slowly lowered from the midvein to the air bag. Here, the air cavity is located between the two kidneys, seven points behind the umbilicus and three points in front of the life door. Abdominal stop-and-go breathing: when inhaling, air slowly enters the nostrils and sinks into the air bag, while the whole lower abdomen and two kidneys expand slightly outward. When the gas is full for seven minutes, hold your breath and guard against cavitation. Holding your breath is always not forced. When exhaling, the breath slowly exhales from the nose. Relax the abdomen, the two kidneys are as hot as soup, which is the essence of the kidney and must be released. If the essence shows signs of walking on its own, this is the key time, and immediately guide this essence to walk with the context. After the pulse is opened, Tian Dan's qi will be sufficient. At this point, you know yourself. Refine yourself and lay the foundation according to the line.
Second, the prerequisite formula.
The abdomen is full of qi, and the governor is in parallel. Save for a rainy day and run your pulse.
Sunday cycle, smooth body melts. Qi returns to the abdomen, and success is clear.
The qi in the abdomen is sufficient, which is intended to be transported into the mud pill through the three passes of the Du meridian (tail, spine and jade pillow), and then down the Ren meridian into the abdomen, and then down to the lower abdomen. So the cycle is endless, and the pulse is smooth. At this time, the whole body is full of energy, eyes are bright, complexion is rosy, and spirit is clear, so far the foundation is successful.
In the basic stage, we should take qi as the governor and guard against danger. Gradually get through the three levels of Du meridian, and don't be impatient and irritable, otherwise it will lead to qi and blood scurrying and fire extinguishing. At this stage, we specialize in the spirit of dantian, which can not only strengthen the body, but also be used in martial arts. Good luck in the chest and abdomen, can resist the blow of fists and sticks; Luck in your hands can open a monument or break a stone.
