Hefei University of Technology

Hefei University of Technology, headquartered in Hefei, Anhui Province, is a national key university directly under the Ministry of Education of People's Republic of China (PRC). It is jointly established by the Ministry of Education, the Anhui Provincial People's Government, the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology and the State Bureau of Science, Technology and Industry for National Defense. [1] is a national "double-class" construction university. The national "2 1 1 project" has been selected as the national "985 Innovation Platform of Engineering Superiority", "201/plan" and "1/plan".

The school was founded in 1945 and has changed its name several times. 1958 was officially named Hefei university of technology, and 1960 was approved by the central government as a national key university. After the merger and reorganization with Anhui Institute of Technology and Anhui Institute of Water Conservancy and Electric Power, it successively belonged to the Ministry of Higher Education, the Ministry of Machinery Industry, the Ministry of Mechanical and Electronic Industry and the Ministry of Education.
