The School of Medicine of Jingchu Institute of Technology was founded in 1958, formerly known as Jingmen County Health School. In 2020, with the strong support of Jingmen Municipal Party Committee and Municipal Government, the undergraduate clinical medicine specialty of the school was successfully approved, and a historic breakthrough was made in the construction of medical specialty.
