Unfortunately, 1999 was burned during construction in February. When the disability was assessed in 2002, the designated hospital described it as follows: all eyebrows were missing, 80% of the nose was burned, only part of the nasal bone was exposed, 4/5 of the external ear of the left ear was missing, 2/3 of the inner ear was missing, and the mouth was deformed. The conclusion is that "the face is severely disfigured." Xiaohua changed from "great beauty" to "ugly". How many grades should Xiaohua be rated?

A: This is a case of disability assessment in the Burn Department. What is a burn? When flame, hot substances, water, oil, metal and other substances contact the human body, the skin, organs, muscles and bones are damaged, the biological function is destroyed, the treatment is terminated, and people are disabled or lose their lives, which is called burns. What if facial burns lead to disfigurement? Facial disfigurement can be divided into three types: severe, moderate and mild. The above is a case of severe facial disfigurement. What is severe facial disfigurement? Facial scar deformity with four of the following six items: (1) lack of eyebrows; (2) ectropion or absence of double eyelids; (3) absence of external ear; (4) absence of nose; (5) Upper and lower lips are everted or deformed; (6) Neck chin adhesion. In addition to severe facial disfigurement, there are moderate and mild disfigurement.

Those with three of the following six items are moderately disfigured: (1) partial loss of eyebrows; (2) ectropion or partial absence of eyelid; (3) partial loss of auricle; (4) The alar part is missing; (5) Lip ectropion or small mouth deformity; (6) Scar deformity of neck. Two of the six items of moderate deformity are slightly disfigured.

Severe facial disfigurement, moderate facial disfigurement and mild facial disfigurement were classified into three grades, four grades and five grades respectively. This is the general situation. Xiaohua's injury has the conditions of serious disfigurement. Is it simply classified as level 3? Don't! According to the case, Xiaohua was 28 years old when he was injured. According to the appraisal standard, female employees under 40 years old have facial disfigurement, including single nose defect, maxillofacial defect (excluding auricle defect) and facial paralysis, and are promoted to 1 according to the disability grade. Therefore, Xiaohua's disability level should be changed from level 3 to 1 to level 2.
