What do nurses need to prepare for all-ceramic pots?
First of all, if you are a visiting nurse, you need to adjust the operating table according to the surgical site of the patient before the operation, and put the patient in a horizontal supine position, such as chest, abdomen, lower limbs and other operations. After the patient's body position is set, it is necessary to disinfect the skin in the operation area. At present, the skin disinfectant commonly used in China is iodophor. Here, we need to pay attention to the difference between iodophor and tincture. Iodophor belongs to Zhongxiao Yu disinfectant, which contains no alcohol, so it can directly disinfect the skin, mucosa and incision, while tincture of iodine contains alcohol, which is more irritating, so tincture of iodine is generally not used for mucosal disinfection. Usually, the disinfection scope includes the area of 15~2cm around the surgical incision. If it is possible to extend the incision, the disinfection scope should be expanded.

Secondly, if you are an instrument nurse, you must keep your body clean and disinfect your hands before going on stage. At present, the commonly used disinfection methods are brushing method, flushing method and no flushing method. Clinically, if the sterile operation is completed and the gloves are not broken, when another operation is needed, you don't need to brush your hands again. You only need to take a proper amount of disinfectant to smear your hands and forearms, and rub them until they are dry before wearing sterile surgical clothes and gloves. If the previous operation is contaminated, wash your hands again before performing the next operation one after another. After disinfecting your hands, you need to put on our sterile surgical gown. There are also strict requirements in the process of wearing sterile surgical gowns. Keep the surgical gowns sterile at all times. Remember to keep your hands above the waist, chest and within sight after wearing sterile surgical gowns. Then you can wear sterile gloves. There are two kinds of sterile gloves, wet and dry, and the wearing method is different. At present, the former is mostly used in clinic. The procedure of wearing dry sterile gloves is to wear surgical gown first, then gloves. There are two methods: closed and open. The procedure of wearing wet sterile gloves is to wear gloves first, then surgical gown. This requires us to clearly distinguish between memories.
