The scope of house expropriation for comprehensive renovation project in Baishiyu area has been determined. According to the provisions of Articles 11 and 12 of the Measures for Expropriation and Compensation of Houses on State-owned Land in Jinan, the freezing matters are hereby notified as follows:

I. Scope of the freeze

The house expropriation scope of this project is located in Baishiyu Village and Huashanyu Village of He Shili River. East reserve, south reserve, west reserve and north reserve. The specific scope of expropriation can be found in the attached map of the planned land use scope of the project.

Second, the freezing period and related matters

20 18, 10, 19 to 20 19, 10, 19. Since the release of the freezing notice, no unit or individual may build, expand, rebuild or renovate houses and their attachments within the scope of expropriation, and change the use of houses and land. Any of the following acts shall not increase the compensation fee:

Analysis and transfer of houses;

Household registration and household separation, except that the household registration has to be moved because of marriage, childbirth, return to China, discharge of soldiers from active service, release from prison and other reasons;

Establish a new housing lease relationship, classify and rename the public housing lease;

Industrial and commercial registration of newly established and changed enterprises, registration of public institutions and social organizations;

Other acts that lead to improper increase of compensation expenses.
