I. Preparatory work

Materials and tools used for aluminum gusset ceiling should be prepared in advance, with specifications of 3030cm square aluminum alloy ceiling, various pipelines and equipment in the ceiling, hanging lines for fixing the keel, ceiling keel materials, including light steel footings, height-adjustable steel bars, hooks, screws, impact drills, toothless saws, square rulers, hammers, tape measures, cutting machines for cutting keel materials, etc.

Second, the positioning installation

According to the specific area and height of the room, determine the position of aluminum gusset ceiling, vents and various lighting ports, align the horizontal line of ceiling elevation on the surrounding walls, find out the center of the room, draw the keel slope position line on the wall with the center of the room as the center, and set up the shelf of ceiling construction operation platform. After playing the ceiling elevation horizontal line and keel position line, determine the elevation of the lower end of the derrick, install the pretreated keel derrick, and measure it again with a spirit level to ensure the leveling of the foot line.

Third, install the keel

Cut the light steel material suitable for the length of the room with a chainsaw, and put the keel between the footline and the light steel, and fix both ends on the footline respectively. Both ends of light steel must be fixed with messenger wire to ensure firmness. After installation and adjustment, the keel spacing is even. The main keel is generally a light steel keel, which is connected with the suspender by a hanger matched with the main keel during installation. When installing the secondary keel, the opposite ends are connected by hanging pendants on the main keel, and then fixed after straightening.

Fourth, install the aluminum gusset plate.

Clip the edge of the aluminum gusset ceiling into the gap of the keel, so that the edge of the ceiling is completely fixed in the gap, and the edges of two adjacent ceilings are completely immersed in the gap of the keel to ensure that the ceiling is firm, and adjust the position of the ceiling in time to make it neat and not loose. The aluminum gusset plate is stuck in the groove of the keel, so that it is installed one by one. After the aluminum gusset plate is installed, the plate surface should be wiped clean with a cloth, and there can be no dirt and fingerprints.
