The proportion of green land for various urban construction projects to the area of construction land is stipulated as follows:

(1) Newly-developed areas, newly-built residential areas and large-scale public buildings such as hotels, gymnasiums and cultural and entertainment facilities with a building area of over 2, square meters shall not be less than 35%, and senior residential areas shall not be less than 4%.

(2) Industrial enterprises, transportation hubs, storage business centers, etc. shall not be less than 25%; No less than 3% of factories produce harmful gases and pollution, and shelter belts should be built according to national standards; Schools, hospitals, rest homes (institutes), organs, organizations, military units and other units shall not be less than 35%.

(3) The urban main roads shall not be less than 25%, the secondary roads shall not be less than 15%, and the general streets shall not be less than 1%.

Twelfth whoever is engaged in landscape planning and design, landscape engineering construction within the scope of this Municipality must hold the corresponding qualification certificate. Those who do not hold the qualification certificate shall not engage in landscaping planning and design and landscaping engineering construction. Article 13 The landscaping planning and design of the following construction projects shall be entrusted to the landscape planning and design units above Grade B:

(1) Parks above the district level, large-scale sports venues and cultural and entertainment venues;

(2) residential areas with a population of more than 1, or an area of more than 1 hectares;

(3) hotels and guesthouses with a building area of over 2, square meters;

(4) large industrial areas and green areas with a rate of over 4%. Article 14 The design scheme of urban greening construction projects listed in Article 13 of these regulations shall be reviewed and signed by the municipal administrative department of urban greening, and submitted to the Municipal People's Government for approval after being audited by the municipal planning administrative department.
