Functional overview

MCT40 1 signal conversion isolator can realize the conversion of incremental encoder signals or similar signals from TTL/RS422(A, /A, b, /B, z, /Z) standard to HTL(A, b, z).

High-speed optical coupling isolation between input and output can isolate systems and improve the anti-interference performance between systems.

TTL-HTL (differential to collector) signal converter converts A, /A and B./B of servo encoder grating ruler into standard PLCA, B and B phase high-speed counting signals. The input and output are isolated by high-speed optical coupler, and the precision is greatly improved by using this signal for closed-loop control.
