Standard for burn identification
Appraisal standard of burn disability:

1, third-degree burn of head and neck, with an area greater than or equal to 8% of the total body surface area, Grade 2;

2. Facial skin injury leads to scar formation, and the scar area is greater than or equal to 90% of the facial skin area;

3. Scar is formed due to skin injury of the neck, and the mobility of the neck is completely lost to Grade 3;

4, facial skin injury leads to scar formation, and the scar area is greater than or equal to 80% of the facial skin area;

5, neck skin injury leads to scar formation, and the loss of neck activity is greater than or equal to 75% level 4;

6, facial skin injury leads to scar formation, and the scar area is greater than or equal to 60% of the facial skin area;

7. Third-degree burns on the head and neck, with an area greater than or equal to 5% of the total body surface area and less than 8%, grade 5;

8, neck skin injury leads to scar formation, neck mobility loss is greater than or equal to 50% level 5.

Article 22 of the Regulations on Industrial Injury Insurance

Labor ability appraisal refers to the level appraisal of the degree of labor dysfunction and self-care dysfunction.

Labor dysfunction is divided into ten levels of disability, the heaviest being 1 level, and the lightest being1level.

There are three levels of self-care obstacles: life can't take care of itself at all, most of life can't take care of itself, and some of life can't take care of itself.

The labor ability appraisal standard shall be formulated by the social insurance administrative department of the State Council in conjunction with the health administrative department of the State Council.
