What does CNC lathe tooling mean?
CNC lathe tooling refers to all kinds of fixtures, tools and auxiliary devices used for fixing, clamping, positioning, supporting and cutting when machining workpieces on CNC lathe. CNC lathe tooling is an important part of CNC lathe processing, and its quality and application effect directly affect the processing quality and production efficiency. CNC lathe tools can be divided into the following categories according to their different functions and uses:

1, fixture: used to clamp the workpiece and fix the position of the workpiece for processing.

2. Cutters: used for cutting workpieces, including turning tools, cutting tools and tapping tools.

3. Positioning device: used to position the workpiece and ensure the machining accuracy of the workpiece.

4. Support device: used to support the workpiece to avoid deformation or vibration of the workpiece.

5. Measuring device: used to measure the size and position of the workpiece, so as to adjust the machining parameters and realize the machining accuracy.

6. Other auxiliary equipment: such as cooling system, pneumatic system and lubrication system. Used to assist the machining operation of CNC lathe.
