Asparagus, as a common indoor foliage plant in the north, is deeply loved by flower lovers because of its graceful posture, which can add vitality and interest to the room. According to the northern climate environment, management should pay attention to the following points:
(1) Lighting and temperature. Asparagus is a shade-loving plant. In early spring and late autumn, it should be placed in direct light to receive light, and in summer it should be placed indoors or outdoors where there is bright scattered light to avoid direct sunlight. In winter, it is advisable to keep the indoor temperature around 10℃, and give sufficient illumination.
(2) water and fertilizer. During the maintenance period of northern families, due to the heating in winter, the room is relatively dry, so we should pay attention to spraying water and pouring water to keep the basin soil moist. In summer, the evaporation is large, so it is necessary to replenish water sooner or later, and all pots should be dried before watering. Asparagus should be applied with thin fertilizer frequently, with N and K as topdressing, and some alum fertilizer water should be applied appropriately to improve the soil pH value. You can also change pots for foreign soil in 1_ 2 years.
(3) plastic trimming. Plastic pruning combined with fertilizer control and water control can restore the growth of injured branches as soon as possible. Sparsely cut off old branches and dead branches, keep a low shape, cut off trailing branches, and keep tall, beautiful and dense clouds.
