Once a medical dispute occurs, both doctors and patients can solve it through the following ways:
(1) Both parties negotiate voluntarily;
(2) apply for people's mediation;
(3) Applying for administrative mediation;
(four) to bring a lawsuit to the people's court;
(five) other ways as prescribed by laws and regulations.

When a medical dispute occurs, the medical institution shall inform the patient or his close relatives of the following matters:
(a) the legal way to solve medical disputes;
(2) Provisions on medical records, on-site physical storage and unsealing;
(3) Provisions on consulting and copying medical records.
If the patient dies, his close relatives shall also be informed of the provisions on autopsy.
