Seafood Siomai & Shrimp Cake
Ingredients
250 ??grams of commercially available shrimp paste, 23 wonton wrappers, salt/white pepper/black peppercorns/ 1/4 tsp each of garlic powder and 7 small shrimps/wolfberry (can be omitted) for decoration.
Method

Add all the seasonings into the commercially available shrimp paste and stir until it becomes sticky to make the filling

To make "Xiaolong Xianrui Siomai": (1) Make a circle with your index finger and thumb, put a piece of wonton wrapper on it, scoop in an appropriate amount of filling (about 20g) and stuff it into the tiger's mouth. Wrap into siomai shape

(2) Slightly shape and place on a steaming plate lined with baking paper, put on shrimp and wolfberry for decoration

(3) Place the steaming rack and steaming tray in the electric pot, pour 1 cup of water into the outer pot, and press the switch to steam until done

< p>To make "mini shrimp cakes": (1) Take 1 wonton wrapper, spread an appropriate amount of filling (about 13g) on ??the center, then cover with 1 wonton wrapper, and seal the surroundings slightly6
(2) Heat a pan, pour an appropriate amount of oil, add mini shrimp cakes, and fry until 2 sides are golden.

( 3) Shrimp cakes can be cut into small triangles with deli kitchen scissors for a cuter presentation~
