1927, private fuhe hospital was officially developed, with beds 10 and employees 12.

1956, Shashi Workers' Hospital was established by a joint venture between public medical and preventive clinics and private Fuhe Hospital.

1962 was officially named "Shashi Second People's Hospital" by Shashi Municipal People's Committee.

From 65438 to 0995, Jingzhou area merged with Shashi City, and the hospital was renamed Jingsha Second People's Hospital.

1997 With the approval of Jingzhou Municipal Government, the former Jingzhou Second Hospital and Jingzhou Infectious Disease Hospital merged to form "Jingzhou Second People's Hospital".

In 2007, it was approved by Jingzhou Municipal Government as the affiliated hospital of Hubei College of Traditional Chinese Medicine.
