How is the white corundum abrasive smelted?
The production process of white corundum is made of high-quality alumina powder, which is melted at a high temperature of more than 2000 degrees in an arc and then cooled. After crushing, shaping and magnetic separation to remove iron, it is screened into various particle sizes, with dense texture and high hardness, and the particles form sharp corners.

1. Add conductive material into alumina powder, put it into a furnace for electrifying and dissolving, spray water, cool, solidify and crush to form white corundum block with alumina content above 98%.

2, and then through the Bamake production line, according to customer requirements, particle size crushing screening, particles are mostly spherical particles commonly known as "particle size sand."

3. The sieved fine powder is sieved by hydraulic process, monitored by microscope in real time, and dried to prepare white corundum micropowder.

4. Each bag is packed with 25 kilograms, and each ton is packed as a unit, and weighed with a weighbridge, and the economical transportation mode is selected according to the customer's demand.
