In cosmetic plastic surgery, the main methods to remove scars are cryotherapy, surgery, chemical peeling and dermabrasion.
Cryotherapy:
That is, a low-temperature cold source, such as Freon, is directly contacted with the lesion site, and after 7- 10 days, the lesion tissue is necrotic and exfoliated, and the epidermis heals. Cryotherapy mainly treats freckles and senile plaques in clinic. A few freckles have the disadvantages of changing skin pigment, slow wound healing and incomplete scar removal.
Surgical methods:
That is, it is complicated to repair scar tissue by scalpel transfer, which is painful for patients and easy to scar. It is mainly used to treat concave-convex scars and atrophic scars. Keloid is the product of excessive proliferation of fibrous connective tissue. If the epidermis of people with scar constitution is damaged, such as trauma, mosquito bites, vaccination, burns, folliculitis, acne, etc. It is very likely to form keloids. Local factors include inflammation after trauma, foreign body stimulation, excessive tension and so on. Keloid is a kind of tumor-like hyperplasia protruding from the skin surface. The surface is smooth, red and shiny, and dilated capillaries are often seen extending outward.
The skin is damaged until the edge protrudes outward and the crab's feet are deformed. Skin lesions vary in size, shape and hardness, with many symptoms, itching or tingling. Because of the intense pain, it may be the formation of nerve terminal conduction sensitivity or micro-neuroma, and even the clothes will feel pain when touched lightly. The development is slow, but it continues to increase. Some patients will occasionally become malignant (those who are repeatedly infected with ulcers), and keloids often occur in the chest, shoulders, neck, back and auricle. It can happen to men and women.
Chemical stripping method:
That is, the chemical agent carbolic acid is applied to the surface of scar skin, and fresh pink skin can appear after the scar skin falls off, thus achieving the purpose of scar removal. But this method can change the skin pigment, which is not suitable for most yellow people.
Dermatography:
At present, deep skin grinding is often used to remove scars in cosmetic plastic surgery, that is, grinding the superficial layers of epidermis and dermis. An operation in which the remaining skin appendages (hair follicles, sebaceous glands, sweat glands) will quickly form a new epidermis to achieve the purpose of removing scars.
If the scar appears in a conspicuous position, it will have a great influence on our body and mind. Female friends can't accept this fact and go to the hospital for surgery. There are many ways to remove freckles by surgery. It is necessary for us to know which method suits us best.
