As a senior who once worked in a functional department at Dalian Maple Leaf Vocational and Technical College, I would like to share my work experience and what I have seen and heard.

1. Nature of work:

As staff in functional departments, our main responsibility is to provide various support services. We are responsible for booking venues and conference rooms, and assisting in enrollment promotion. Event planning and organization, and other trivial matters.

2. Work content:

The college often plans enrollment promotion activities with the admissions department, such as receiving new students, holding large-scale student activities, etc. The atmosphere is very warm. After work, there are also chats and fights among colleagues. Everyone often shares their interesting stories and experiences with each other, making work more enjoyable.

3. Working environment:

Our office is on campus, and the environment is very comfortable and clean. The most stressful work is usually done here. We have arranged a lot of green plants in the office, which is a very special work experience.
