The molded part refers to the part that forms the shape of the mold in the mold and is in direct contact with the molten metal. Its structural forms are: 1) Integral type (see Figure 1). The cavity and core are processed directly on the template, without moving and fixed mold sets, and the guide parts are also located on the template.
