Performance analysis of planetary reducer;
Deceleration ratio: the input speed is higher than the output speed.
Series: Number of sets of planetary gears. Because a set of planetary gears can't meet the larger transmission ratio, sometimes two or three sets are needed to meet the user's requirements for a larger transmission ratio. As the number of planetary gears increases, the length of the second or third reduction stage will increase and the efficiency will decrease.
Full load efficiency: refers to the transmission efficiency of the reducer under the condition of maximum load (stopping output torque due to fault).
Average life: refers to the continuous working time of the reducer under rated load and maximum input speed.
Rated torque: a standard of reducer. Under this value, when the output speed is 100 rpm, the life of the reducer is the average life. Beyond this value, the average life of the reducer will be shortened. When the output torque exceeds twice this value, the reducer fails.
Lubrication mode: no lubrication is needed. The reducer is fully sealed, and there is no need to add grease during the whole service life.
Noise: The unit is decibel (dB). This value is measured at an input speed of 3000 rpm, no load and a distance of 1 m from the reducer.
Return clearance: when the output end is fixed and the input end rotates clockwise and counterclockwise, so that the output end produces a torque of 2% of the rated torque, the input end of the reducer has a slight angular displacement, which is the return clearance. The unit is "minute", that is, one sixtieth degree. The return clearance value given in this manual refers to the output end of the reducer.
