1. Obtained the certificate of medical practitioner, whose practice scope is surgery or medical imaging and radiotherapy.

2. Have more than 3 years experience in clinical diagnosis and treatment of internal medicine, surgery or radiation intervention, and have the qualifications of professional and technical positions above the attending physician.

3. The peripheral vascular interventional diagnosis and treatment training base recognized by the provincial health administrative department has been systematically trained and passed the examination.

4. Doctors who carry out interventional diagnosis and treatment of peripheral blood vessels above Grade III shall also meet the following requirements:

(1) has more than 5 years of clinical experience in internal medicine, surgery or radiation intervention, and has the professional and technical post qualification of attending physician or above.

(2) It has been systematically trained by the training base of peripheral vascular interventional diagnosis and treatment of the Ministry of Health and passed the examination.

(2) Professional nurses and other technicians have received systematic training in peripheral vascular interventional diagnosis and treatment technology and passed the examination.
