How to prevent goggles from fogging
The methods to prevent goggles from fogging are: using professional antifogging agent, using saliva and using baby shampoo.

1. Use professional antifogging agent: Before using, please rinse the lens with clear water and dry it with glasses cloth or paper towel, then drop 1-2 drops of professional antifogging agent on the inside of the lens, and then apply it evenly with your fingers or sponge. Then let the useful mirror stand, and then wipe off the excess antifogging agent. If there is anything unusual in the middle, stop using it.

2. Use saliva: Most professional swimmers use saliva to lick the inside of goggles directly. Although it is not particularly hygienic, it is simple and effective. Because saliva contains both hydrophobic and hydrophilic components, it can effectively reduce the tension on the surface of goggles, thus preventing fogging. You can keep it for 1-2 hours, and you don't need to wash it once.

3. Use baby shampoo: It must be used exclusively for babies. Before entering the water, put a small amount of shampoo into the inner lens of the swimming goggles, then pour a small amount of water, evenly spread the shampoo on the swimming goggles until foam appears, and then rinse the foam with water.

Selection method of goggles:

1, choose the size: the size of goggles is actually selected according to the face shape. Of course, it doesn't have a specific size like clothes. The most common models are S and L, adults generally start with L code, and children or women with smaller faces are more suitable to start with S code. When wearing, if you feel that the mirror frame has a certain adsorption capacity, it means that it is the right size, so that it will not leak when swimming.

2. Material selection: goggles generally consist of three parts: lens belt, washer and lens. Pay attention to the material when choosing. Whether the lens belt and gasket are soft and elastic in direct contact with facial skin is the key to affect comfort. Lens determines the clarity of underwater vision, so indoor swimming pools will prefer to choose non-electroplated lenses. If you swim outdoors, you can consider electroplating lenses with shading effect.

3, look at performance: For beginners, ordinary leisure goggles can meet the demand. If you want to broaden your horizons, you can also try goggles in the shape of a diving mirror. Intermediate and advanced people will also have higher requirements for goggles, and goggles with soft nose and small vision are their favorite.
