1. Green tea

Green tea belongs to unfermented tea (degree of fermentation: 0)

Green tea technology: fresh leaves, cooling, deactivating enzymes, rolling and drying.

After the finished tea is brewed, the tea soup and tea leaves are mainly green, and the raw materials are mostly bud leaves, so it is not suitable for long-term storage. Fragrant, light and slightly bitter.

2. Black tea

Black tea belongs to completely fermented tea (degree of fermentation: 100%).

After the finished tea is brewed, the tea soup is mostly dark red, and black tea is generally flaky and strip-shaped. Choose big leaves, middle leaves and small leaves as raw materials, and most of them will be chopped. The aroma is the strongest and the taste is sweet and mellow.

Some famous black teas: Zhengshan Competition, Qimen Black Tea, Zhenghe Kung Fu, Dianhong Kung Fu and Jiuqu Hongmei.

3. Yellow tea

Yellow tea belongs to light fermented tea (degree of fermentation: 10%).

Yellow tea technology: fresh bud-deactivation-yellowing-drying.

After the finished tea is brewed, the tea soup "yellow soup and yellow leaves" is golden and tender. Raw materials are selected from buds or bud leaves, and yellow tea tastes fresh and mellow.

Some famous yellow teas: Junshan Yinzhen, Mengding Huangya, Huoshan Huangya, Guangdong Dayeqing and Pingyang Tanghuang.

4. White tea

White tea also belongs to light fermented tea (the degree of fermentation is 10%).

Choose strong buds or tender buds as raw materials, and the tender buds and leaves are covered with tiny white hairs, hence the name white tea. 5.oolong tea (also called green tea)

After brewing, the soup color of finished tea is honey yellow. Selecting two leaves and one bud as raw materials, the branches and leaves are connected, mostly opposite leaves and mature bud leaves. Oolong tea has the richest aroma, ranging from flowers and fruits to ripe fruits. The taste is mellow and sweet, but it is also bitter and sweet.

Some famous green teas: Frozen Top Oolong, Tieguanyin, Dahongpao, Phoenix Danzong and wuyi cinnamon.

6.black tea

Black tea belongs to post-fermentation tea.

Black tea technology: fresh leaves, enzyme fixation, rolling, fermentation and drying.

After the finished tea is brewed, the tea soup is bluish brown, and the soup color is orange or brown. Fresh tea leaves such as coarse old terrier leaves or big leaf species are selected as raw materials. Black tea has pure aroma and mellow taste, and can be preserved for a long time due to the particularity of technology.

Some famous black teas: Pu 'er cooked tea, old tea head, Fuzhuan tea, black brick tea and Yunnan Qizi tea cake.

7.scented tea

Scented tea belongs to reprocessed tea (A tea+osmanthus Longjing tea and other flowers).

Scented tea technology: tea blank treatment-flower preservation-scenting preparation-flowering heat dissipation-stacking scenting-flowering-reheating cooling-packaging.

After the finished tea is brewed, the soup color is yellow-green or light yellow, and the leaf bottom is even and bright. It is the raw material of tea baked with flowers, jasmine, roses and orchids. Can be used to make tea. Scented tea is sharp, fresh, mellow and refreshing, not bitter or astringent.
