I am 40 years old and I am the mother of two children. Engaged in all kinds of work, stall, entrepreneurship, sales manager, insurance major, writing. At present, I take care of my children at home full time. Because I especially love studying people's psychological changes and many problems, I have studied the introduction of the third-level psychological counselor in my spare time, and now I am trying to take the second-level psychological counselor.

Becoming a qualified and excellent psychological counselor is my dream goal. For this beautiful and excellent ideal, I have been working hard and demanding myself. The motivation of all this stems from my understanding of life after experiencing ups and downs and my tireless pursuit of life.

First, the experience and analysis of self-growth

(A) childhood surrounded by love

I was born in the countryside. When I was eight years old, my mother was seriously ill. Since then, all chores at home have fallen on an eight-year-old child: chopping wood, cooking and cleaning the house. Although it is particularly hard, it also exercises the character of independence, tenacity and fear of difficulties. At the same time, I also went to primary school. Primary school life is colorful, beautiful and inspiring. It also gave me the greatest faith and love. In grade one, my head teacher is a beautiful young college student. Her warm and cheerful personality and passionate attitude towards work have benefited us naive children who had run away from home. We proudly think that we are the happiest children.

In the fourth grade, my head teacher, Mr. Guo Juzhen, and I forged a bond of eternal love. In winter, she sews cotton-padded clothes for me, as well as soft scarves and hats. In summer, I put on a thin white shirt for the first time. In addition to meticulous care in life, she also gave me more food mentally. Not afraid of hardship, hard work and optimism, these are the qualities she gave me all my life.

A lot of reading also makes my life value develop by leaps and bounds. To this end, I set up a lofty ideal, that is to be a writer. Write for human suffering and write for human freedom. My character is more mature under the influence of a lot of knowledge.

My family is also moving forward in various blows. Mother is always positive and optimistic in the face of her serious illness. Cheerful, she gave me a warm home while fighting the disease. Father tried all kinds of crop experiments again and again, and also tried animal breeding. But in the face of repeated failures, my father always insists on trying new ones after failure. He never gave up the experiment and persevered. Later, the grafted new apple variety finally succeeded, which I admire my father. I also formed my own positive, optimistic and persevering personality in a subtle way. Finally, due to economic reasons, I went home to farm after failing the college entrance examination.

(3) Go to the society and keep learning.

After dropping out of school, I stayed at home for a year, seemingly calm, doing all kinds of manual work like men: plowing, sowing and harvesting wheat. I am so tired that lying on that barren land makes people cry. I am in my heart, but the waves are rolling and I can't calm down. Is it really facing the loess and facing the sky, so you died all your life? I am not reconciled. During this period, I received the news that my manuscript won the prize: let me go to Beijing to receive the prize. Take care of your own expenses. My family's economy is dying, so how can I have the money to support my trip to Beijing? I tried to tell my father that I wanted to go out and wander around. However, the result is self-evident, and you are not allowed to leave.

After three days of fighting at home without eating or drinking, my fate improved. A female boss in Lanzhou went to our small county to recruit. After listening to my relatives say that my writing is good, she has some ambitions and decided to meet and help me. She is my godmother. My godmother is an entrepreneur and a strong woman. Her temperament impressed people in dozens of places in Fiona Fang. Everyone envied my luck and recognized a godmother. I work directly as a cashier in my mother's factory, with an old accountant in his sixties. Later, I met my husband through dopted mother, then got married and had children, and completely stepped into the big dyeing vat of society.

And my study was after I gave birth to a child. Under the influence of my primary school classmate Dai Xiao, she took the self-study exam of nursing, and I took the special exam of Chinese language and literature. From 2005 to the middle of 20 13, I started from a junior college and got the undergraduate diploma of Lanzhou University with excellent results. During the self-study exam, we refer to various community activities, among which the celebrity lectures held regularly by Lanzhou Provincial Library are our unforgettable programs. After listening to Cui's lecture on psychology, based on the psychological knowledge we read from a book very early, in 2009, we resolutely entered the examination of the third-level psychological counselor.

The learning path of psychological counselors is arduous and lasting. During the period, I went to various training courses and lectures to experience courses. I took a course on hypnosis, watched the operation of family sorting, and listened to the analysis of dreams by followers of psychoanalysis. Among them, the video of a teacher named Zhao Xiaoming's speech about dreams on the Internet is very wonderful. (1) Note. Second, in life, psychological knowledge is everywhere.

Psychological knowledge covers all aspects of life and is closely related to us from birth to death. Psychological knowledge is everywhere, and it is also affecting our lives. In the past, people paid little attention to the spiritual world when pursuing material civilization. Now more and more people pay more attention to human nature, which is why humanism is so respected.

Humanism holds that people have pure self-subjective consciousness and the need for self-realization. As long as there is a suitable environment, people will strive to realize themselves, improve themselves and finally realize themselves. 20 14 years, I gave birth to a second baby. For this crystal clear life, I care for my baby with awe. After studying psychology, I understand that there are two periods of accelerated development in a person's life. Eriksson's eight-stage development concept makes me look at children's abilities with a developmental perspective. Actively pay attention to and cultivate children's emotions, movements and language. In educating children, I follow the viewpoint of heredity and combine the principle of combining environmental theory with acquired education. I believe that a mentally healthy child is more popular and accepted in our world. In the past, my friend's baby was locked in a small house by adults since she learned to walk. The child was sallow and emaciated, and my friend always told others that my child was timid and she was weak. The lessons of the past are obvious. I let children crawl, explore, recognize and exercise freely. My personality has reached an unprecedented level of peace and stability. Now, the child is one year old, 10 months. She can fully express her needs, tell stories, sing songs, develop her language and be emotionally stable. She is a healthy and happy little angel. And some children her age will only be called "father" and "mother". The difference between the two worlds is due to my research on psychology. It is also a very important qualitative change in my life. While lamenting the magic of life, I very much agree with the power of learning. The power after learning psychological knowledge. This also strongly stimulated my sense of social responsibility and self-worth. I hope that with my broad mind and love, more people can understand psychology and everyone can understand psychology, so as to have healthy children, present a healthy family and a harmonious and stable society.

Third, the trough and peak of life

At present, taking care of children at home full-time, there is no source of income, and contact with society is relatively reduced. I rarely contact my relatives and friends. I think this is the bottom of my life. Because when you have less contact with society, your sense of self-worth will be greatly reduced and your self-confidence will be obviously insufficient.

At this time, I call my former friends in various ways. Occasionally meet and chat with your best friend and listen to her explain the details of starting a business. Sometimes I watch TV and like Jiangxi Satellite TV's "Gold Medal Mediation". Seeing the pain of some parties, compared with the real me, I gradually realized that I was making much ado about nothing and worrying about nothing. In addition, the power that reading brings to me is unparalleled. Mr. Yu experienced a low point in his life while writing "Cultural Journey". He curled up in a small house and lost contact with the outside world. He has no friends and no interaction. Reading and studying are the main things in his life. 4. Advantages and disadvantages of becoming a psychological counselor

Advantages:

1, I have experienced various blows since I was a child, and now I have developed a calm and steady character. I am no longer surprised and incredible about various events, so I can be completely neutral when facing various consultants. I believe that with a neutral attitude, with respect, enthusiasm, sincerity, with * * * affection, positive care methods and skills, we can give every visitor the best consulting effect.

2. From the personal experience of raising children, my love and recognition of psychology make me demand more from myself, keep learning, constantly improve myself and work hard for the cause of psychology.

3. My stable personality, world outlook, outlook on life and values will be the best premise for me to engage in psychological counseling.

Insufficient:

1, theoretical knowledge and practice are not well combined. Mainly due to lack of practical experience, this aspect will be my breakthrough in the future.

2. Because my personality has a tendency to pursue perfection, there will be some ways for some weak people with inconspicuous personality to discover their potential.

3. It is a direction to standardize and recognize the employment of psychological counselors, and the mastery of some practical skills needs to be improved. Unfamiliar with the operation and mastery of measurement.

Direction of efforts:

In the future, we need to further practice in various practical operations and strengthen the accumulation of experience. Because I am more concerned about raising children, I am more interested in parent-child relationship counseling. In the future, I need to master the combination of theory and practice more.
