Process introduction:

The general name of stamping process for separating materials. Including blanking, punching, punching, grooving, cutting, roughening, trimming, tongue cutting, cutting, etc.

The lower molding is mainly a stamping process of cutting off a circle of redundant material around the material to meet the size requirements. The tongue cutter cuts a hole in a part of the material, but not all of it. Usually, only three sides of a rectangle are cut, leaving one side motionless. Its main function is to set the step distance.

The process of flaring is not common. In most cases, the end of the tubular part or a certain position needs to be flared outward. Necking is just the opposite of flaring, which is a stamping process that the end or somewhere of tubular parts needs to shrink inward.
