12065Since April 438, the newly revised Regulations on the Application and Use of Motor Vehicle Driving Licenses have been implemented, allowing five types of disabled people, including right lower limbs, both lower limbs, hearing impairment, right thumb loss or finger stump, to drive a car. Due to physical limitations, disabled people with right lower limbs and both lower limbs can apply for C5 driver's license (the quasi-driving type is a small automatic passenger car for the disabled).
