IV. Examination

(2) Interview

For positions where there are vacancies among the number of people who have passed the written examination, the recruitment plan will be cancelled; if the specified recruitment ratio is not reached, interviews will be based on the actual number of qualified people. Failure to submit relevant supporting materials within the specified time will be deemed to have been abandoned. Those who do not meet the application requirements after review will be disqualified from the interview. The vacancies caused by abandonment or disqualification will be filled in order according to the written examination results, and the filling will only be done once.
The interviews will be organized and implemented by the public recruitment leading group of single county public institutions in accordance with relevant regulations.
In order to ensure the basic quality of new recruits, the passing score line for the interview is set at 60 points. Those who meet the passing score line will enter the inspection scope according to the prescribed proportion, and those who do not meet the prescribed proportion will enter the inspection scope based on the actual number of people.

(3) Calculation of test scores

5. Inspection and physical examination
Based on the total test scores of the candidates, from high scores to low scores, the ratio is not higher than 1:1.2, determine the candidates who enter the inspection scope, and organize the inspection . The inspection can be carried out in a variety of ways according to the requirements of the job conditions. It mainly examines ideological and political performance, moral character, business ability and work performance, etc., and checks whether the applicant meets the prescribed job conditions and the provided information. Relevant information materials will be reviewed for authenticity and accuracy. In accordance with the requirements of the "Opinions on Further Strictly Managing Cadre Files" (Lu Zufa [2017] No. 2) and the "Notice on Strengthening the Entry Review of Personnel in Public Institutions" (Herenshe [2021] No. 14), the recruiting unit Or the competent department sets up an inspection working group to be specifically responsible for the inspection of candidates entering the inspection scope. Physical examinations should be conducted in comprehensive hospitals at or above the county level. Physical examination standards and items refer to the relevant contents of the "Revision of the General Standards for Physical Examination for Civil Servant Recruitment (Trial)" and the "Physical Examination Operation Manual for Civil Servant Recruitment (Trial)" Notice" (Ministry of Human Resources and Social Security [2016] No. 140) shall be implemented. If the state has other regulations, such regulations shall prevail. If a re-examination is required according to regulations, it shall not be carried out in the original medical examination hospital. The re-examination can only be carried out once, and the result shall be subject to the conclusion of the re-examination. If the applicant fails to participate in the physical examination at the specified time and place, he will be deemed to have given up. The vacancies caused by giving up the physical examination or failing the physical examination will be filled in equal amounts from those who enter the inspection scope of the same position, and the filling will only be done once.
6. Announcement and Recruitment
For candidates who have passed the examination, inspection, and physical examination, they will be announced by the public recruitment leading group of the single county public institutions. The announcement period is 7 working days. . No replacement will be made after the list of proposed personnel is announced. After the publicity period expires, if there are no problems or if the reported problems do not affect the employment, relevant procedures will be completed. If the reported problems affect employment and are verified, the employee will not be hired. For those who meet the employment conditions for the position, the public institution and the employed personnel shall sign an employment contract in accordance with regulations and establish a personnel relationship. The employed personnel shall be subject to a probation period system in accordance with regulations. Those who are qualified upon expiration of the period shall be formally employed, and those who are unqualified shall be terminated from their employment contracts. Recruited personnel must have a service period of not less than 3 years (including probation period) for the position they applied for in Shan County and sign a minimum service period agreement.
