1. If a column of dates is listed in this example, you need to convert the dates in column A into numerical values, and the results will be displayed in column B. ..

2. First, we convert the date in cell A2, select cell B2, enter the operation symbol = in the cell, and then click the fx button.

3. The Insert Function dialog box pops up: select the [All] option in the or selection category; Select the function [Value] in the selection function to convert a text string representing a numerical value into a numerical value. After selecting a function, click OK.

4. Through the operation in the previous step, the function parameter dialog box pops up. In the blank dialog box, directly select the A2 cell in the table, that is, the cell where the conversion date is located. After setting parameters, click OK.

5. Go back to the worksheet. Through the above steps, the date in cell A2 will be converted to digital format.

6. Select cell B2, click the left mouse button and drag the mouse to copy the formula of cell B2. In this way, the dates listed in column A are converted into numeric format.
