1. Remove the high-pressure oil pipe, the oil return pipe from the fine filter to the first cylinder, the air intake branch pipe and two studs; The rust at the crack is removed with a wire brush, the width is about 15mm, and the length is about 30mm beyond both ends of the crack. Then use an angle grinding wheel to grind a V-shaped groove with a length of 2-3 mm, which is about 30 mm beyond both ends of the crack.
2. Drill and tap first, stop the crack at both ends of the crack with a 5mm drill bit, and reach the depth of the main channel 10- 15mm, then drill 5mm holes at equal distance from top to bottom, and tap with an M6 tap in each hole.
3. Cut the template open and repair it with paper into a template whose two ends are about 20mm longer than the cracks and about 15mm wide. Then, paste the template paper on the crack and punch the bolt hole. According to this, the iron insert plate with the thickness of 1.5-2.0 mm is cut, the front and back sides are polished, and holes with the thickness of 7.0-7.2 mm are drilled; Repair plate shaping Tighten the iron repair plate to the cylinder block with M 16X 15mm bolts and washers, and tap the fake part of the repair plate with a small hammer when tightening. After checking that it is suitable, remove the bolt and the maintenance plate.
4. Glue selection and mixed use of special adhesives for automobiles. Squeeze the same amount of glue from tube A and tube B on the glass plate (it needs to be heated to 30-40℃ in winter), and evenly stir the glue along one direction with a hacksaw bar, such as adding a certain amount of iron powder.
5. Glue patch+patch: Apply the prepared glue to the V-shaped groove and its periphery, press several asbestos ropes or coarse cotton threads into the V-shaped groove, cut off a piece of cotton cloth with the same size as the patch, coat it with double-sided adhesive and stick it on the surface of the patch, then use a steel cone to find out the center of the bolt hole on the cylinder block, then rotate it to make the cotton cloth have holes, and tighten the bolts in turn.
