1, addition and subtraction counterweight method:

Py2700 instrument accurately tells how many degrees of counterweight to increase or decrease, and can weld counterweight on it or use electric drill bit to reduce weight.

2, dynamic balance hole position distribution method:

High-precision rotors, such as precision spindles and CNC machine tools, are not suitable for weighting or reducing weight (welding counterweight blocks or punching holes to remove weight will easily damage the spindle accuracy). Dynamic balance hole position allocation is a very important function, which reserves 3-36 arbitrary hole positions. Several uniform hole positions are reserved in the fixture, and the hole positions are input into the instrument, and the instrument will accurately tell to add a plurality of counterweight screws at the first hole position, and lock the relevant counterweight screws into the dynamic balance hole, so that the vibration is obviously reduced and the vibration level requirements are met.
