Singapore Buddhist jushrin was first founded as the "Singapore Buddhist Sutra Circulation Office". 1July, 933 16, composed of Taoist elder monk, roadside elder monk, Hui Yuan, Rui, Master Ru 'an, Qiu Yiyuan, Zhuang, Wu Liangbiao, Wu Xinzhai, Chen, Huang Manshi, Zheng Zeying and Jiang Jifu. In September of the same year, he was the editor-in-chief of The Lion Roar series in The New National. And has set up a joint release meeting and a Buddhist chanting meeting.

1934 1 month 16, the second Council meeting was held, and it was decided to establish a Buddhist scholar forest in Singapore, recommending Zhudao, Rui, Rui and others, Wu Xinzhai, Yang Qiyan, Wu Liangbiao, Zhuang,, Luo Chengde, Zheng Zeying and others. Elected the old monk, Wu Xinzhai and Shen Jinxing as the preparatory directors.

The articles of association of Juglan Forest are drafted by Zhuang. The organization fee is calculated at 1000 yuan. The first preparatory meeting was held in Putuo Temple on February 22nd. Resolutions are divided into: finance, general affairs, layout, secretary and other units. The third preparatory meeting was held in September. Li Juncheng, a layman, bought a whole building at No.26 Mulifa as a forest office and paid 1000 yuan for furniture and miscellaneous expenses. Zhuang, a layman, proposed a jade Buddha. Li was elected as the first director of the forest farm, Wu Xinzhai as the treasurer and Zhuang as the manager. After the organization was ready,1June 934 17, the sixth day of the fifth lunar month, the "Singapore Buddhist Scholar Forest" was formally established.
