Flat file: also known as flat file, the cutting surface is rectangular, which is suitable for processing straight parts. Because of the different shapes and uses, the types, sizes and shapes of flat files are different.
Special file
Special file: used to process the special surface of parts, including knife-edge file, diamond file, oval file, round belly file and so on. Knife-edge file is used to process grooves and curved surfaces; Diamond file is suitable for narrow groove and angle processing; Oval file and round belly file are suitable for machining curved surfaces and special shapes.
Plastic file
Forming file: used for machining small parts and narrow faces, finishing molds and templates, and trimming small parts of workpieces. The length and cross-sectional size are small, and the cross-sectional shapes are round, equilateral triangle, rectangle, semicircle and so on.
