For example, in the first stage of labor, we have a combination of theory and practice in the reflection of labor charts; In the second stage of labor, I will be more clear about the method and opportunity of perineal protection after the fetal head is exposed and pushed out, and the treatment methods before and after the fetal head is delivered, so that the umbilical cord can be tied in an orderly way and the newborn's respiratory tract can be cleaned, and the delivery experience can be recorded in time; Perineal suture can be performed lightly, quickly and accurately after placental abruption in the third stage of labor.
In the process of my further study, I realized the importance of mental health care for pregnant women during childbirth. In the process of labor and delivery, I can observe the parturient with a calm and objective attitude, guide and help in a scientific and effective way, and encourage with warm words and deeds to make the delivery complete smoothly.
