(1) Spreading remarks that damage the reputation of the Party and the State;
(two) to participate in illegal organizations, illegal assemblies, processions, demonstrations and other activities, to participate in strikes;
(3) divulging state secrets, police work secrets, business secrets and personal privacy;
(four) practicing fraud, concealing the case, shielding and conniving at illegal and criminal activities;
(five) the use of police equipment and weapons in violation of regulations;
(6) extorting confessions by torture or corporal punishment or ill-treatment of criminal suspects or detainees;
(seven) illegal deprivation and restriction of personal freedom, illegal inspection and search of people, goods and places;
(eight) extortion, soliciting or accepting bribes from the parties and their agents or accepting guests and gifts;
(nine) illegal punishment, take compulsory measures, apply for a license or collect fees;
(ten) dereliction of duty, do not perform their statutory obligations;
(eleven) employed by any individual or organization;
(twelve) engaged in profit-making business activities;
(thirteen) other illegal acts.
Article 94 (Supervision by Higher Authorities) If a public security organ at a higher level supervises the law enforcement activities of a public security organ at a lower level and finds that the measures or decisions it has made are wrong, it has the right to cancel or change them, or order the public security organ at a lower level to cancel or change them; If it is found that it fails to perform its statutory duties, it has the right to order it to perform it within a certain period of time.
Article 95 (External Supervision) When performing their duties, the people's police shall accept the supervision of administrative supervision organs and people's procuratorates according to law.
Any citizen, legal person or other organization has the right to report and accuse the people's police of violating discipline and law to the administrative supervision organ or the people's procuratorate according to law. The organ that accepts the report and complaint shall promptly investigate and deal with it, and inform the prosecutor and complainant of the investigation results.
No organ or individual may suppress or retaliate against citizens, legal persons and other organizations who report and accuse according to law.
Article 96 (Supervision System and Complaints Committee) The public security organ shall establish a supervision system to supervise the performance of duties, the exercise of power and the observance of discipline by the public security organ and its people's police.
The public security organ shall set up a complaint committee to accept and verify complaints from citizens, legal persons and other organizations, and safeguard the legitimate rights and interests of complainants and people's police according to law.
Article 97 (Administrative Punishment and Criminal Responsibility) If the people's police commit one of the acts listed in Article 62 of this Law, they shall be given administrative sanctions. If a crime is constituted, criminal responsibility shall be investigated according to law.
