1. Log on to the website of Tongliao Medical Insurance Bureau, find the column of "Online Service" on the homepage of the website, and select the option of "Business Handling for Insured Persons" or "Personal Business Handling".

2. In the processing page, find the option of "suspending medical insurance" or "stopping medical insurance", click Enter, fill in relevant information according to the system prompt, and submit the application for approval. After the approval, the system will automatically suspend the medical insurance account.
