Solution to reduce the noise of hoist
(1) Abnormal noise of head wheel and bottom wheel: When the head wheel and bottom wheel work normally, the noise is very small. When abnormal noise occurs, it is due to poor sealing or lubrication, resulting in bearing damage, which is emitted by the bearing seat. Carefully check the bearing condition of the head wheel and the bottom wheel. If the bearing is damaged, replace it in time.

(2) Abnormal sound in the barrel: The main reason for abnormal sound in the barrel is that the hopper falls off, is damaged or is loose. In this case, stop the car immediately, and carefully check and repair the dropped, damaged or loose hopper. In daily work, every 500 hours of bucket elevator work, it is necessary to thoroughly check whether the hopper is complete and whether the connection between the hopper and the hopper belt is firm, so as to ensure the stability of the hopper. At the same time, a fence can be installed at the discharge port of the bucket elevator to prevent other equipment from being damaged after the hopper falls off.

(3) The chain is loose, and the noise caused by the collision between the chain bucket and the casing. After long-term use of chain bucket elevator, the chain will be stretched to a certain extent, resulting in too loose chain. During the operation of the elevator, the chain will swing left and right, and the hopper is easy to collide with the chassis. The solution is to adjust the tensioner to make the chain swing about 3 mm from side to side.

(4) Noise caused by collision between guide plate and hopper. The collision between the guide plate and the hopper is because the distance between the head wheel and the guide plate is too small, and the hopper keeps colliding and rubbing during operation. If you don't pay attention to this situation for a long time, the hopper is very easy to be damaged and fall off. The solution is to adjust the position of the guide plate and increase the spacing.

(5) There are materials between the guide plate and the hopper, which will lead to premature wear of the guide plate and noise caused by constant friction during operation. The solution is to increase the input angle of frame materials and increase the accommodation space of materials.

(6) Noise caused by bearing failure. Bearing failures of bucket elevator are mostly caused by material overflow during operation. When the hopper is overloaded, the material overflows from the hopper during the lifting process and falls on the bearing, resulting in the bearing locking and inflexible operation. Solution: Replace the bearing in time and clean up the spilled materials on the bearing.

(7) Materials or other foreign objects get stuck in the body, resulting in noise. It is best to clean up the materials piled up at the bottom of the machine body before the operation of the bucket elevator to prevent foreign objects from getting stuck in the machine body and causing equipment failure when the equipment is running.

(8) Noise generated by meshing of chain and gear. This is suitable for ring chain or plate chain bucket elevator. When the chain swings too loosely in operation, it will lead to dislocation when the chain engages with the gear. If you don't pay attention for a long time, it will lead to the deformation of the chain and aggravate the damage speed. The solution is to adjust the tensioner and tighten the chain.

(9) The removal of bad teeth between links refers to the removal of bad teeth when the chain and sprocket are out of contact. The solution can be to add proper amount of lubricating oil to sprocket or chain to reduce noise.

(10) The noise of the bucket elevator coupling when the two shafts are not concentric is the abnormal noise at the coupling between the motor and the reducer at the high-speed end of the driving device or at the coupling with a brake wheel. This noise is also accompanied by vibration with the same rotation frequency as the motor. When this noise occurs, the position of the motor reducer should be adjusted in time to avoid the fracture of the input shaft of the reducer.

(1 1) Noise generated by the reducer. Due to the long-term operation of bucket elevator, the internal oil consumption loss of reducer is aggravated, which produces noise and does not pay attention to maintenance. The solution is to check and fill the lubricating oil regularly.

(12) Noise caused by hopper falling off or loosening. After the hopper falls off, it falls into the machine body, and the bucket elevator will constantly collide with other parts to produce noise during operation. Solution: If you hear abnormal sound inside the machine, you need to stop the machine in time, check whether the hopper falls off or is loose, and replace or tighten it in time.
