What are the breast cancer risks that female friends are most concerned about?
Hello, there are eight risks of breast cancer:

One, eight high-risk factors lead to breast cancer.

According to the Global Breast Cancer Research Association, the cause of breast cancer is very complicated, which is the result of genetic factors, environment and lifestyle. Swedish scientists have found that the following eight factors are high risk factors for breast cancer:

1. Family history of breast cancer

Breast cancer has obvious genetic tendency. According to the survey of the Breast Research Association, the risk of breast cancer in women with a family history of breast cancer is 2-3 times higher than that in the general population.

Usually first-degree relatives (mother, daughter, sister) or second-degree relatives (grandmother, grandmother, menstruation, etc. ) The risk of breast cancer is twice that of the general population. If more than three first-degree relatives have breast cancer, the risk will be four times as high as that of normal people.

2. Have a history of benign breast diseases.

Researchers at the American Cancer Research Center have found that patients with benign breast diseases have a higher risk of breast cancer than those who have never had benign breast diseases.

Usually suffering from intraductal papilloma, sclerosing gonadism and moderate common hyperplasia, the risk of breast cancer is 1.5~2 times that of non-proliferative diseases. People with breast fibroadenoma and fibrocystic disease have a 2-3 times higher risk of breast cancer. The risk of breast cancer in patients with atypical lobular hyperplasia and atypical ductal hyperplasia is as high as 3.5~6 times.

3. The primipara is older than 35 years old.

According to a social survey conducted by the Japan Women's Research Association, the risk of breast cancer is twice as high for women whose first birth is later than 35 years old as for women whose first birth is earlier than 20 years old.

In addition, insisting on breastfeeding can reduce the risk of breast cancer. The survey found that breastfeeding can reduce the risk of breast cancer by 4.3% every year.

4. The age of menarche is earlier than 17 years or the age of menopause is later than 55 years.

The Lancet, a famous British medical journal, suggested that the risk ratio of breast cancer for women with menarche earlier than 12 years old was 2.2: 1 compared with women with menarche age of 17 years old. The risk of breast cancer in people over 55 years old is higher than that in people over 45 years old 1 times.

5. Take estrogen drugs for a long time.

The American Women's Research Association claims that long-term use of estrogen therapy drugs will increase the risk of breast cancer by 26%. In addition, long-term use of contraceptives will increase the risk of breast cancer by 15%~25%.

6. Repeated exposure to radiation.

The breast has been exposed to radiation many times. For example, the incidence of breast cancer among women in Hiroshima, Japan is higher than that in other parts of Japan. This may be related to the radioactive pollution caused by the atomic bomb explosion that year. For example, repeated X-ray examination for breast diseases for a long time will increase the incidence of breast cancer.

7. Refuse to have children

Generally speaking, healthy breasts need the interaction of progesterone and estrogen. Women who refuse to give birth, after a long period of repeated menstruation, are likely to have subtle breast lesions, lack of progesterone regulation in the body, and the risk of breast cancer will double.

8. Long-term drinking

The latest research results show that moderate and small drinking will increase the risk of breast cancer.

Drinking 5~ 10g ethanol every day increases the risk of breast cancer 15%. Every intake of 10g ethanol increases the risk of breast cancer 10%.

Second, prevent breast cancer and do these three things well.

1. Regular breast cancer screening.

The American Cancer Society found that the cure rate of breast cancer is positively correlated with the time of discovery. The earlier it is found, the higher the cure rate of breast cancer. Usually, if breast cancer is found and treated early, the cure rate is about 95%, the cure rate of breast cancer is 75%, the cure rate of breast cancer is 65%, and the cure rate of breast cancer is only 10%.

The onset of breast cancer is not overnight, but gradually formed. Regular breast screening is the fundamental way for early detection, early diagnosis and early treatment of breast cancer.

There are two common breast cancer screening methods:

(1) recumbent touch method:

Take the supine position, raise your right arm over your head, put a pillow under your right shoulder and flatten your right chest. Put four fingers of the left hand together, and check whether there are lumps or other changes in various parts of the breast with the palm of your finger. Check the whole breast from the inside out with four fingers or from top to bottom with four fingertips.

(2) Physical transillumination method:

First, turn off all the lighting equipment in the room, look in the mirror, lift one arm, and use the self-made breast examination instrument-breast red light detector to make a fluoroscopy of the armpit and breast. Inside a healthy breast, the blood vessels are clear and well-defined, and there are no black spots or shadow areas. Cancerous breasts will produce new blood vessels at the tumor site. Under fluoroscopy, black shadows or dark spots will appear in and around the tumor focus. If this happens, the possibility of breast cancer is above 90%, and you should go to the hospital immediately for diagnosis and treatment.

2. Avoid high-risk factors as much as possible.

(1) Treat breast benign diseases as soon as possible.

Benign lesions such as atypical hyperplasia, papilloma and sclerosing gonadism are related to the increase of breast cancer incidence. So once these diseases are found, they should be treated as soon as possible.

(2) Prolonging breastfeeding time or increasing the number of births.

Insisting on breastfeeding, extending breastfeeding time or having more children can reduce the risk of breast cancer.

(3) Change bad habits

Long-term use of estrogen drugs, long-term drinking or long-term repeated exposure to X-rays will increase the risk of breast cancer. Therefore, using other drugs instead of estrogen drugs, using B-ultrasound and physical red light instead of X-ray examination, abstinence and so on can reduce the risk of breast cancer.

3. Timely treatment of breast precancerous lesions.

Precancerous lesions such as atypical hyperplasia should be treated as soon as possible. Don't pin your hopes on some drugs to disperse the stagnation and remove blood stasis, which delays the treatment opportunity.

Preventive measures before breast cancer comes are often under our control, so we should pay attention to prevention. Once breast cancer suddenly breaks out, go straight ahead, even experienced breast surgeons can't repel it. So "nip in the bud" is the only way for us to prevent breast cancer.
