1, Su Xiaohong grape
Su Xiaohong grape is the main raw material of Malingshan brand red wine, one of the famous wines in Jiangsu Province (Malingshan brand red wine was awarded the quality product of Jiangsu Province on 1980).
This variety was originally planted by farmers in the east embankment of the Beijing-Hangzhou Grand Canal in Suqian County, Jiangsu Province. It was identified by many experts 197 1 and 1972 from Beijing Botanical Garden and Zhengzhou Fruit Research Institute of China Academy of Agricultural Sciences, and confirmed as an ancient and excellent wine-making variety in China. 1974 the national conference on grape cultivation and wine brewing was officially held.
2, yellow dog pig head meat
Huanggou Pork Head Meat is a famous food in Suqian City, Jiangsu Province, also known as Suqian Huanggou Pork Head Meat and Ganlong Soup Huanggou Pork Head Meat, which was created by Huang De in the 12th year of Qing Qianlong (1747).
