Bending process
The production and processing of large push elbows need to use this technology to produce, and the production should be carried out in strict accordance with the regulations to ensure the good quality of the produced push elbows and elbows.
The large-scale push-bending forming process is complex, and it needs to be welded according to different materials and uses, and gradually formed under certain pressure. The forming of push elbow needs to be carried out according to a certain process, and the corresponding process should be strictly observed, otherwise the produced push elbow will have quality problems.
The basic process of forming a large push elbow is: firstly, weld a polygonal ring shell or a fan shell with closed ends. When the inside is filled with pressure medium, internal pressure is applied, and under the action of internal pressure, the cross section gradually changes from polygon to circle, and finally becomes a circular shell. This is the forming process of large push elbow.
According to requirements, a ring shell can be cut into four 90-degree elbows or six 60-degree elbows or elbows of other specifications. This process is suitable for manufacturing large push elbows of any specifications, and it is an ideal method for manufacturing large push elbows at present. This process is used in the production of different elbows and elbows, and shows good use value in different fields, which makes this process have good value in the production of different elbows and elbows.
The advantages of large push elbow forming process are mainly shown in the following aspects:
(1) does not need a tube blank as a raw material, which can save the cost of tube-making equipment and die, and can obtain any large diameter and relatively thin wall. The raw materials of this kind of elbow are special and easy to control during processing, and there is no need to add tube blank raw materials.
(2) The blank of the processing push elbow is a plane or developable curved surface, which has the advantages of simple blanking, easy guarantee of precision, convenient assembly and welding, easy control of raw materials during processing, simple operation, no complicated procedures and convenient welding and assembly.
(3) Due to the above two reasons, the manufacturing cycle can be shortened and the production cost can be greatly reduced. Because it does not need any special equipment, it is especially suitable for on-site processing of large push elbows.
