When using, wash your face first, then put Meijiaosha together and press mo.
1. Put one hand on your forehead and keep it still, and press and knead the other hand smoothly along the line of the alar to the tip of your nose.
2. Put the middle finger and ring finger together in the middle of the person and press gently.
3. On the basis of pressing the person, slide your hands from the person to both sides of the nose.
Gently press the sides of the nose to relax the muscles near the nose.
