On June 3rd, 2002, 65438+February 3rd, 2002, International Institute, as the main sponsor, established China Haicheng Engineering Technology Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as "Haicheng") in Shanghai with all the assets and some monetary funds of China Light Industry Shanghai Design Institute, Shanghai Jiefang Media Investment Co., Ltd., Shanghai No.1 Pharmaceutical Co., Ltd. and some natural persons. The four main businesses of the former Shanghai Design Institute of China Light Industry, including engineering consultation (including engineering cost and environmental impact assessment), engineering design, engineering supervision and general contracting, and the employees related to the main businesses all entered the joint-stock company, and the main businesses involved were successively carried out by the joint-stock company.
After the establishment of Haicheng Company, the subsidiaries of the joint-stock company were established immediately: China Qingxin Engineering Co., Ltd. and China Light Industry Changsha Engineering Co., Ltd. were acquired in Beijing and Changsha respectively; China Light Industry Guangzhou Design Engineering Co., Ltd., China Light Industry Wuhan Design Engineering Co., Ltd., Chengdu Haicheng Engineering Co., Ltd., Nanning Zhongqing Engineering Technology Co., Ltd. and China Light Industry Xi 'an Design Engineering Co., Ltd. set up joint-stock subsidiaries in Guangzhou, Wuhan, Chengdu, Nanning and Xi 'an respectively. The four main businesses, such as engineering consulting, engineering design, engineering supervision and general contracting, of the International Institute and its affiliated China Light Industry Guangzhou Design Institute, China Light Industry Changsha Design Institute, China Light Industry Wuhan Design Institute, China Light Industry Chengdu Design Institute, China Light Industry Nanning Design Institute and China Light Industry Xi 'an Design Institute, and their related employees and qualifications all entered and transferred to local joint-stock subsidiaries, and the relevant assets were purchased by local joint-stock subsidiaries from the original design institutes.
In addition to the four main businesses, the International Institute and its local design institutes will provide auxiliary services, namely, engineering survey, geotechnical engineering and its professional fields, property management, color film processing, computer drawing, department stores, hardware and electric materials, auto parts, building materials, daily necessities, sales of blueprint machines, import and export trade, hotel and catering services, mechanical and electrical equipment manufacturing and other eight-skill services with relevant qualifications.
In March 2003, China Light Industry International Engineering Design Institute was renamed as China Haicheng International Engineering Investment Institute with the approval of the State Administration for Industry and Commerce, and became a key state-owned enterprise managed by the State-owned Assets Supervision and Administration Commission of the State Council.
In August 2003, with the approval of the State Administration for Industry and Commerce, Haicheng International Engineering Group (hereinafter referred to as Haicheng Group) was formally established with a total registered capital of 368 million yuan.
On June 1 1, 2004, the State-owned Assets Supervision and Administration Commission approved the merger of China Light Industry Construction Engineering Corporation, which was originally affiliated to China Arts and Crafts Group, into the General Hospital, taking a strategic step to extend the industrial chain. In July of the same year, Changsha Changtai Conveying and Packaging Equipment Co., Ltd., a subsidiary of Haicheng Co., Ltd. in Changsha, completed the capital increase and share expansion, and became a secondary company controlled by the General Hospital, and the main industrial chain of the General Hospital was further extended.
With the approval of the State Council, in May 2009, China Haicheng International Engineering Investment General Institute and China Light Industry Foreign Economic and Technical Cooperation Company merged into China Light Industry Group Company, which became its wholly-owned subsidiary.
