Responsibilities of the Medical Office:

1. Under the leadership of the president and vice president of operations, implement the hospital-wide medical quality management work.

2. Formulate relevant business plans, organize their implementation after approval by the dean and deputy dean of operations, regularly supervise and inspect, and summarize and report in a timely manner.

3. Responsible for the legal practice management of all doctors in the hospital.

4. Responsible for the admission and management of new technologies and new businesses.

5. Organize and participate in the rescue of major emergency and critical patients, discussion of difficult, critical, and death cases, and consultations inside and outside the hospital.

6. Responsible for emergency response to major public health emergencies, formulate emergency plans as needed, optimize processes, and implement organizational management.

7. Receive patient complaints, handle medical disputes, coordinate doctor-patient relationships, and safeguard the rights and interests of doctors and patients.

8. Prevent medical accidents and be responsible for the professional and technical training, assessment and rotation of new doctors in the hospital. Assist the Human Resources Department in the promotion, rewards and punishments, and deployment of technical personnel.

9. Responsible for organizing temporary out-of-hospital medical tasks and providing technical guidance to grassroots units.

10. Supervise and inspect the supply and management of drugs and medical devices.

11. Responsible for the management of medical records and library materials.

12. Complete temporary medical tasks assigned by superiors.
