1, Qu Yuan's hometown

Qu Yuan's hometown scenic spot is located in Zigui County (new county) of Yichang City. Zigui County is the hometown of Qu Yuan, a great poet in the Warring States Period. Outside the east gate of LaoZigui County (now submerged), there stands a tall archway inscribed with "Qu Yuan's hometown" by Guo Moruo.

At present, the Three Gorges Dam in Yichang City is the largest water conservancy project and the largest hydropower station in the world. At present, the dam tourist area is open to tourists, including Tanziling, 185 platform (scenic spot) and Interception Memorial Park. The first two are located on the north bank of the Yangtze River, and the Interception Memorial Park is located on the south bank of the Yangtze River. As for the dam crest, it was closed to the public many years ago.

2. Three Gorges Dam

The Three Gorges of the Yangtze River starts from Bai Di in Chongqing in the west and reaches Nanjinguan in Yichang in the east. It is a magnificent grand canyon along the Yangtze River and one of the top ten scenic spots in China. As one of the cradles of ancient culture in China, there are many places of interest here, such as Baidicheng, Huangling and Nanjinguan. Among them, Qutang Gorge is the steepest, with cliffs standing on both sides, less than 100 meters apart.

3. Three Gorges of the Yangtze River

Qingjiang River, located in Changyang County, Yichang City, is the birthplace of Cubans and the mother river of Tujia people. There is an ancient poem that says "300 miles of Qingjiang River is picturesque, and 300 miles of Changyang River is like a corridor", hence the name of Qingjiang Gallery Scenic Area. Mainly take a boat on the river to enjoy the scenery on both sides of the strait. During this period, there are 1-2 scenic spots to visit.
