Surgical treatment of atrophic scar
1, incision design, on the premise of meeting the needs of surgery, follow the following principles:

(1) Select hidden parts, such as under breast and hair area;

(2) Incisions along contour lines, such as nasolabial groove and axillary front line;

(3) Cutting along dermatoglyphics, such as forehead and eyelids;

(4) At the natural junction, such as the ear-neck junction;

(5) The incision of limbs should be selected at the line of flexion marks or parallel to the line of skin tension, so as to avoid circular incision or cross-articular incision;

(6) temporal or neck surgery should be performed in the hairline area;

(7) Avoid making an arc, semicircle or large "Z" or "S" shaped incision on the face;

(8) Avoid making circular incision around the external orifice of body cavity;

(9) If the incision must cross the contour line and dermatoglyphics, design a Z-shaped incision;

2. Perform aseptic operation.

3, the blade is perpendicular to the skin incision, the action should be gentle, and the instrument should be sharp to avoid unnecessary trauma.

4. Stop bleeding completely.

5. No dead zone is formed.

6. Tension-free suture and accurate closure of the wound edge; When sewing, the wound edges should be close together, not too tight, so as to avoid tissue necrosis around the suture.
