3. Compensation for mental damage: In addition to the above expenses, the victim or his family may claim compensation for mental damage.

Bring a lawsuit to the court for compensation: The victim may also bring a lawsuit to the people's court again in cases where the fixed nursing period, the payment period of assistive devices or the payment period of disability compensation and medical expenses are insufficient and the living expenses of the dependents really need to be increased.
