At that time, members of the Shanghai * * * production group joined the Youth League regardless of age, and the monthly * * * production party served as the publication of the Party and the Youth League.

Is close to the working people, study capitalism, social science, etc. The task is to help workers improve working conditions, raise wages and shorten working hours. Together with Shanghai * * * Production Group, Shuotuan founded Shanghai Machinery Trade Union and Shanghai West Workers' Half-day School (later changed to "Workers' Recreation Society"), edited and published popular publications of workers' movements, and went deep into factories to make social surveys.

Send, appoint, serve, and young league members to study in the Soviet Union. In June 192 1 the number of members was increased, and an executive Committee was established, which consists of eight departments: secretary, education, organization, investigation, editing, publicity, liaison and books. In the absence of the Central Committee of the Communist Youth League, the Shanghai Socialist Youth League acts as a temporary central committee, liaising with organizations all over the country.
