What is the method and process of shaping the shape of sparse layer of trunk?
After planting in spring, the stem should be fixed in time, the stem height is 80 ~ 100 cm, and 6 ~ 8 full buds should be left in the plastic belt. After germination, all the buds below the plastic belt are erased, so that the remaining new buds can grow healthily. Around June, when the new shoot of the second bud grows to 40 ~ 50 cm, it can be "picked" so that its angle is not too vertical.

When planting in spring and pruning in winter, the long and strong branches standing upright at the top of the trunk were selected as the central trunk, and 3 ~ 4 long and strong branches with suitable position, large angle and consistent growth potential were selected as the main branches. The central trunk and main branches should be cut short when the buds are full, and the length of interception depends on the length of branches. For strong long branches with a length greater than 70 cm, when three main branches can be selected in that year, the central trunk can be cut off by 50 ~ 60 cm and the main branches can be cut off by 40 ~ 50cm;; If you can't choose three main branches in that year, you can shorten the central trunk by 30 ~ 40 cm. Other branches should be extended, but the long branches with straight corners and strong growth should be leveled if they are not the main branches.

When pruning in the next winter, the growth of pear trees has turned prosperous. For the selected base 3 main branches and central trunk extension branches, the full buds can be shortened by 60 ~ 70 cm to control the vigorous growth of the center. The branches on the main branch should be kept as much as possible, and the extended branches can be cut short at the full bud; For the annual branches in a proper position outside the main branch, the first branch should also be cut short; Branches with upright backs can be stretched horizontally or tapered from the base. Other annual branches from the central trunk and main branches should be longer (the upright branches should also be leveled). For plants that did not choose three main branches when pruning last winter, the first layer of main branches should continue to be selected.

When pruning in the winter of the third year, if the central stem grows too fast, one of the second and third bud branches can be selected as an extension branch, and the extension branch can be moderately shortened, and the original extension branch is pulled into an "anti-bow" shape and extended in the opposite direction. At this time, if there are healthy long branches with proper orientation above the third main branch 100 ~ 120 cm, they can be selected as the fourth and fifth main branches and cut short when the buds are full. The first layer of main branches can still be pruned according to the previous year, and the main branches that have selected the first side branches can continue to select the second side branches. For the annual branches on the central trunk and main branches, they can be treated according to the method of last year; If you want to cultivate large and medium-sized branches, you can retract them appropriately. Long branches that are too dense, cross or affect the growth of backbone branches should be properly retracted or thinned, and the remaining branches can continue to be placed slowly.

In the winter of the fourth year, some plants have formed two layers of ***5 main branches, and some main branches have formed 1 ~ 2 side branches, with a certain yield, and the shaping is basically completed. At this time, the central trunk can be "small-headed", that is, long branches with moderate growth are selected at the upper part of the central trunk, and the original heads are cut off, and the selected new heads are not cut off, so as to promote the growth of the lower main branches and lateral branches. The main branches, extension branches of lateral branches and other annual branches should be released slowly, but the erect strong long branches should be thinned out. At this time, attention should be paid to cultivating large and medium branches on the central trunk and main branches. For plants that have not completed the plastic work, we should continue to select and cultivate the main side branches.

Since then, the plant has gradually entered a large number of fruiting periods. The main task of pruning is to cultivate and adjust the fruiting branches, deal with the relationship between internal branches, remove the upright branches and long branches in time, and prevent the interlayer from closing. The extended branches of main branches and side branches can be cut off by "scaling combination" to keep an appropriate distance between rows; Regulate the growth of upper and lower branches. At the age of 6 ~ 8, the crown has reached the predetermined height. After the upper main branch has high yield and stable growth potential, cut off the central trunk on the fifth or sixth main branch, and the head falls happily.
