Classification of China hospitals

Hospital classification standard is an index to evaluate the qualification of hospitals in China according to their functions, facilities and technical strength. National unity, regardless of hospital background, regardless of ownership.

According to the "Hospital Classification Management Standard", the hospital is determined to be three levels after evaluation, and each level is further divided into three levels: A, B and C, among which the third-level hospital has added a special level, so the hospital is divided into three levels and ten levels.

1, level I hospital

First-class hospitals, our most common township hospitals, are grass-roots hospitals that directly provide comprehensive services of medical treatment, prevention, rehabilitation and health care for the community, and are grass-roots medical and health institutions.

Its main function is to directly provide primary prevention for the population, manage frequently-occurring and common patients in the community, make correct referrals for difficult and severe cases, assist high-level hospitals to provide intermediate or post-hospital services, and rationally divert patients.

2. Level II hospital

The most common secondary hospital is the county hospital, which is a regional hospital that provides medical and health care services across several communities and is also a technical center for regional medical prevention.

Its main function is to participate in guiding the monitoring of high-risk groups, accept first-class referrals, provide professional and technical guidance for first-class hospitals, and conduct teaching and scientific research to a certain extent.

The requirements of secondary hospitals are more stringent than those of primary hospitals, mainly including:

3. Tertiary hospitals

Most of them are located in prefecture-level cities or provincial capitals, or big cities. Of course, there are also some county towns with top three hospitals. They are hospitals that provide medical and health services across regions, provinces, cities and countries. They are medical prevention technology centers with comprehensive medical treatment, teaching and scientific research capabilities.

Its main function is to provide medical services for specialties (including special specialties), solve critical and difficult diseases, accept secondary referral, and provide professional technical guidance and personnel training for lower-level hospitals; Complete the teaching of cultivating all kinds of senior medical talents and undertake the tasks of scientific research projects at or above the provincial level; Participate in and guide primary and secondary prevention work.

Because tertiary hospitals are at the top of the hospital hierarchy in China, the requirements are very strict.

There are more and stricter requirements in housing construction, medical equipment, the construction of medical staff, and the help and education of lower-level hospitals!

Evaluation of tertiary hospitals

In practice, tertiary hospitals are not classified as tertiary hospitals ... The classification of hospitals is based on the technical strength, management level, equipment conditions and scientific research ability of hospitals, with a score of 1000.

Third-class first-class hospital

Remarkable achievements have been made in hospital construction, and the comprehensive assessment of department setting, staffing, management level, technical level, work quality and technical facilities has reached more than 900 points according to the grading standards.

Three-level and two-level hospital

The achievements of hospital construction are still good, and its department setting, staffing, technical level, work quality and technical facilities have reached 750-899 points according to the grading standards.

Tertiary and tertiary hospitals

Some achievements have been made in hospital construction, and the basic standards have passed the examination, but there is still a big gap with the requirements of this standard. According to the grading standard, the comprehensive assessment is 749 points or less.

Three-level special (a)

Three-level specialized hospitals and three-level first-class hospitals are the most authoritative hospitals in grade hospitals, with very detailed, comprehensive and specific evaluation criteria! Mainly including: public welfare, safety, medical quality, scientific research, nursing, management, etc. ...

Why are more people willing to work in top three hospitals?

1, abundant funds, high salary, many benefits, and don't worry about not paying wages.

2. The hospital has perfect rules and regulations, standardized operation, many sources of diseases, wide knowledge and advanced instruments and equipment.

3. There are many excellent people around the big hospital, with fast knowledge update, good learning atmosphere and fast self-growth.

4. The hospital environment is good, the quality of patients is relatively high, and the sense of value in front of patients is relatively high.

A-level hospitals have greater advantages than other lower-level hospitals in medical technology, medical staff quality, nursing level and hospital management. Everyone wants to find a better job and a better development platform, so the competition of the top three hospitals can be imagined.
