The flower buds of peach were formed on the branches of that year, so the plants should be cut again every year after flowering and before changing pots, so that there are many new branches and flower buds, leaving only 1 ~ 2 leaf buds at the base of branches, and all the branches above should be cut off. May-August is the growth period of branches, so it is necessary to properly control watering or adopt the method of "withholding water" to promote the formation of flower buds. Potted peaches can overwinter at about 0℃ in winter and be watered 1 time for half a month. The soil in the basin should not be too wet to prevent the roots from freezing.
If the indoor light is sufficient, the room temperature 18 ~ 20℃ can promote flowers. Two months before the Spring Festival, I moved indoors from a cold place, and for half a month, I placed it at about 10℃, watered it and sprayed branches. Later, gradually move to a warm place and make it fully illuminated, or cover the crown with transparent plastic film for a period of time, and then pick the buds when they are about to bloom, so that they can bloom before the Spring Festival. In order to prolong the flowering period, we should move into a room with a slightly lower temperature after flowering.
